About the Symposium
Homeless Care and Solutions National Symposium
Addressing Homelessness, Elder Care, and Community-Based Care Systems
The Homeless Care and Solutions National Symposium is a premier, one-day interdisciplinary event designed to equip clinicians, social workers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), case managers, administrators, and community-based providers with the tools and strategies needed to address homelessness and advance sustainable pathways to stability.
This symposium brings together leaders across healthcare, housing, behavioral health, and social services to explore integrated, whole-person care approaches that improve outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness—particularly aging populations and those affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
Participants will engage in evidence-based sessions, case-driven learning, and practical implementation strategies, with a focus on mental health, trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and coordinated service delivery across systems.
